Excellent Structure Design

• Working Table Rotation Adjusting

 The working table can be adjusted by an angle of ±6˚, suitable for grinding in angularities.

• Base—V-runway

With the design of V-runway in the base, the contact face of sliding is big. This, together with the huge span of runways, offers a solid support for the grinding wheel.

• Working-piece spindle, dove-tail air flow runway

 The air-flow design enables the movement more easy and smooth.

Internal Diameter Device

• Internal/external diameter grinding is completed within one time, ensuring an concentric working piece.

Grinding Wheel Spindle

• The grinding wheel spindle is processed by a precision work to effectively reduce the transformation problem from hot, thus offering a best grinding stability.

• The grinding wheel adopts servo motor for its feeding.

Work-piece Spindle

• The work-piece spindle is supported by slant ball bearings to offer a strong radial and axial loading.

• The work-piece spindle adopts servo motor for its driving,

and an air flow design for movement.
